James is a senior associate with the firm and he practices in the areas of litigation, estate planning, municipal law, and real estate.  He brings to the firm significant litigation experience with an emphasis on all aspects of Surrogate's Court practice from probate contests to fiduciary accounting proceedings to proceedings for the discovery and turnover of estate assets.   James has published numerous articles and has contributed to various continuing legal education seminar course books on the topic of Surrogate's Court litigation.  James has also advised and represented clients in a wide variety of business and commercial litigation matters.   While at law school, James was the recipient of various awards and accolades including Dean's List and the CNLI Excellence for the Future Award, and he was a Moot Court Senior Board member and winner of the Best Brief Writer Award.  James is a resident of New Paltz, New York with his wife and sons.
