Arthur Shapiro served as Middletown City Court Judge from 1984 through 1988, and served as attorney for the Town of Minisink for over 25 years. He also served as Warwick Town Attorney, and is a former assistant corporation counsel for the City of Middletown. Earlier in his career Mr. Shapiro served as an Orange County Assistant District Attorney, and later served as a judicial hearing officer for the New York State Court System and the New York State Retirement Board. Mr. Shapiro has established longstanding relationships with many of his commercial clients, and has handled a variety of commercial counseling, transactional, and civil litigation matters for these entities. He has been admitted to the New York Bar, and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern districts of New York. A resident of West Dover, Vt. and Boynton Beach, Fla., Mr. Shapiro is a graduate of Drew University and Albany Law School.
