Recognized as one of Orange County’s leading commercial litigators, Burt Blustein primarily focuses his practice on litigation and business and corporate representation. As the firm’s senior member, Burt takes pride in mentoring the firm’s younger attorneys. In addition to his vast trial-level experience, Burt has argued appeals at all levels, including the New York Court of Appeals. Burt has been admitted to the New York Bar, and before the U.S. District Courts for both the Southern and Northern districts of New York. He is a past president and member of the Middletown Bar Association, as well as a member of the American, New York, and Orange County Bar associations. Burt was recently honored by the Orange County Bar Association for his 50 years as a member of the Bar. Burt also served for 15 years on the Orange County Bar Association Grievance Committee, five years as its chairman. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., Burt is a graduate of SUNY Binghamton and Brooklyn Law School.
